Shipping
All Lex Press Books products are designed, cut, glued, and packaged at our Brooklyn Studio by hand as soon as the order is received. Please allow time for your product to ship out. (Most items ship within 1-3 weeks.)
We offer free domestic (3-5 day) shipping within the continental US on all orders.
We off (2 day) domestic shipping for an additional fee of $5
There is a ($35) flat fee for all Canada orders and a ($45) flat fee for all UK/Australia orders at this time. All duties and taxes due for international shipping will be paid by the receiver. Taxes and duties from the USA to Canada/UK/Australia likely range from ($25-$48) though may exceed this estimate depending your on order amount and shipping location.
Once your item has been shipped you will receive a UPS or DHL tracking number. Please allow (24-48) hrs for this information to update.

All international DHL orders have a shipping delivery window of (2-5 days). Although this time my extend out further due to customs processing.
Lex Press Books is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped out of the Lex Press Books facility. Please make sure that your address is correct, and that the address you are sending to is a secure location.
Lex Press Books is not responsible for any package delays once your product has been shipped out. There may be some delays for international shipping due to customs processing.
Returns
If you would like to submit a return please fill out the Online Return Form below. A member from Lex Press Books will contact you within (24-48hrs) with a domestic return slip.

Lex Press Books offers free returns for all domestic purchases within 30 days! At this time all International returns are not prepaid and will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Lex Press Books offers only store credit for returns at this time. Store credit will be issued in the form of a checkout code that will never expire.
If you’re not happy for any reason, you can return your items for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Items should be returned in their original packaging with all original enclosed documentation. Please ensure that items are undamaged.
Lex Press Books reserves the right to reject any returns that do not meet the above stated criteria.
All returns received within 30 days of purchase will be given a full store credit.
